> The Heights is an exclusive residential community of standalone villas developed by Emaar Properties in Dubai South, the city's highest-growth area. 3 to 5 bedroom villas across a 7 km² estate, just 10 minutes from the future Al Maktoum International Airport. Delivery scheduled for July 2030.

Payment plan: 20% reservation + 4% DLD fee, 60% staged during construction, 20% on handover. Payments are interest-free during construction; the handover portion can be financed through UAE banks. The purchase process can be completed remotely with only a passport copy. UAE benefits: 0% capital gains tax, 0% property tax, 0% tax on rental income, 10-year structural warranty.
